CLASS DESCRIPTION

Feel Good | Look Good

Pilates mixed-level open class- we will run through the Pilates repertoire,  transitioning smoothly from one exercise to the next while working through all planes of movement. Exercises work to improve the stability of the abdominal and back muscles while also elongating the spine to prevent low back joint stiffness and muscle tightness. There is a focus on alignment and building posterior muscles to help restore posture. Modifications are offered so exercises are suitable for everyone from rehab to athlete.
